Description
Our current culture seems to be based upon the belief that we humans have been given "dominion" over the Earth. Unfortunately, it seems that collectively we have interpreted that to mean that we can do what we want, when we want, and where we want to do it. It is beginning to appear that we are well into the process of damaging the basic fabric of the environment that allows our very existence. "Contemplation" asks the question whether we should-for the sake of our own survival- not only re evaluate our own core beliefs and values, but also seriously look at the incredible arrogance that allows us to dismiss all other belief and value systems.
