Four O'Clocks 18x18 $180Artist
This Stone Plaque photograph was printed directly onto real stone slates, giving an organic feel that perfectly complements Joseph Thomas’s Colorado landscapes photography. They come with sawtooth hanger(s) for flush wall mounting. They are water resistant and can be used outdoors.
Four O'Clocks and Canyon Wall 18 x 18 was captured at Black Ridge Canyon Wilderness. These lovely nocturnal flowers bloom in late afternoon and remain open throughout the night. The common name of four o'clocks was given to Mirabilis jalapa because the flowers of this plant do not open until late, around 4 pm in the day. This old-fashioned garden ornamental in the four-o'clock family (Nyctaginaceae) is a tender perennial hardy in Zones7-10 that grows wild and burst with color such as found along this canyon wall in Colorado.
